A man from Aline has been charged in Alfalfa County with exposing himself to an underage girl via a cellphone video call. The incident was reported to law enforcement by the man’s ex-wife.
Court records show on March 12, Alfalfa County Deputy T.J. Rockenbach received a message from Kodee Nickel about the incident. He asked for more details, and she emailed him a video clip and information about how it was obtained.
On March 13, Deputy Rockenbach contacted the woman who sent the video to Nickel. The woman said her daughter, who lives in Taloga, and her niece were on FaceTime with Ronnie Nickel....
