Early voting begins Thursday in April 4 election

Municipal and school board elections will be held Tuesday, April 4, in Oklahoma. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. In addition, early voting will be offered on Thursday and Friday, March 30-31, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Early voting in Alfalfa County will be at the election board office, 602 W. 5th St., Suite 3, Cherokee. In Woods County, early voting will be offered at the election board office at 427 Barnes Ave., Suite 2 in Alva.
A number of local candidates have filed for municipal offices and there are two school board races on April 4 ballots for Alfalfa and Woods counties.
