Three police vehicles purchased in special city council meeting

Special meetings of the Alva City Council and Alva Utility Authority (AUA) were held Thursday at 5:30 p.m. The agendas included the purchase of three police vehicles and accepting a bid on a water project. Council members present were Daniel Winters, Garrett Lahr, Taylor Dowling, Gail Swallow, Troy Brooks, Joe Parsons and Greg Bowman. Sadie Bier was absent.
