It does not sound like much on an $80 water bill ($4.80) but combined with the big electric and natural gas bills the gutless bums at the Corporation Commission let them have as raises, it adds up. I do not like the high water-sewer-trash bills, but maybe they are necessary.

Going back to simpler times, here is what I do not like about the raises/rates. Years ago if you had a major leak they averaged a couple months of bills to lessen the blow.
