Alfalfa County officials look for ways to preserve historical documents

The commissioners of Alfalfa County had a relatively short agenda to take care of Monday morning. Nate Ross, Mike Roach and Garret Johnson started by handling the routine orders of business, approving maintenance and operation warrants for payment, blanket purchase orders and previous meeting minutes.
Once those items were out of their way, the three men heard from Court Clerk Laneta Schwerdtfeger about an agreement with Forte, a payment processing company. Commissioners signed that agreement and then moved on to approve the ACCO-SIG and ACCO-SIF insurance paperwork for FY 24-25, and then...
