The Woods County Excise Board met Wednesday morning with members Joe Shirley, Chris Olson and Bob Seivert present. County Clerk Shelley Reed was also present.

Board members approved the minutes of the regular excise board meeting on April 19 and the regular equalization board minutes of April 19.

The following monthly appropriations were approved:
