Monday morning the Woods County Commissioners had six month bids and annual ballot bids on the agenda. Jennifer Schafer came to the meeting with the bids, but the commissioners voted to have her open the six month bids, categorize them to determine the lowest bids and bring them back to the next meeting. On the ballot bids, the commissioners instructed Schafer to open them and have County Election Board Secretary Holly Blevins go through them to determine the best bid. Then the commissioners will act on her recommendation.
