As some of you may be aware, I hauled hay for a living as a young man. One of the major problems I encountered was finding good and dependable help. Further complicating this was the fact that when I started at 16 years old, I wanted to work with people that I liked and considered to be my friends. I was very quiet and introverted, and I couldn’t imagine being in the hot sun, working hard all day with someone I didn’t know and/or like.

However, because hauling hay was hard work, and my friends all had their own dreams and aspirations, I often found the only help I could get had nothing...
