Locust St. repair delayed

This block of Locust Street between 7th and 8th streets is closed to through truck traffic. The surface was removed prior to street paving, but the city found waterlines underneath were in bad shape so paving was delayed. Today, Sept. 15, the city began advertising for bids to replace the old waterline.
