Ranger volleyball 17 blocks lead to match win over Bison

ALVA – Ranger Volleyball returned home for their second conference match of the season. Northwestern jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first two sets before taking the match in four sets with 3-1 win over the Oklahoma Baptist Bison.
The Rangers win their second consecutive conference match to start GAC play and improve to 5-7 on the season with a 2-0 record in conference. The Bison fall to 6-6 on the season and 0-1 in the GAC.
Northwestern was led by Erika Asencio Soriano with 21 kills, Cameron Lobb five aces and 45 assists, Brianda Diaz 24 digs and Carmae Jones with four blocks.
