ODOC adds layer of transparency by piloting use of body cameras

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Department of Corrections has announced it will begin a body camera pilot program at the end of the month. Correctional officers in select locations will wear the cameras during their shifts to test and perfect their use before a complete agency rollout slated for the end of 2024.
