Busy month for FFA

Burlington FFA has been busy planning for a very active semester. Burlington FFA officers for 2023-24 are, from left: (front) Sterling Stewart, vice president; Mylee Sims, president; Colton Hess, secretary; (back) Kaycee Matzke, treasurer; Chloe Jantz, reporter; and Angel Stewart, sentinel.

On Tuesday, Jan. 23, Burlington FFA members along with other members from the Alva area, attended the FFA Goodwill Tour at the Alva High School auditorium. While at this conference the members made new connections and learned about their personal drive. Oklahoma FFA officers shared their stories of who has inspired them to go through the election process to become a state officer. They came to speak and spark their passion in building the future of agriculture.
