Alva Church of God
Alva Church of God, 517 9th St. in Alva. Pastor Sheryl White. Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. with morning worship following at 10:30 a.m. Sunday evening, young adults will meet at 5 p.m. Youth will meet at 6 p.m. This includes youth from fourth through 12th grades.
Wednesday evening Bible study at 7 p.m. will continue on “Prophecy and End Times: How Can We Prepare?” The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

Sunday: Family Discipleship begins at 9:30 a.m. There are three graded classes for children, a teen class and an adult Bible class. Join us for a time of learning and fellowship. Family Discipleship emphasizes family learning and provides the tools necessary to help parents teach the Bible to their children.
Our morning worship starts at 10:30 a.m. Our sermon series, “The Four Loves of the Child of God,” will continue this morning. We also have a children’s church for pre-K to third grade.
We will have our evening worship and Bible study at 6 p.m. Wise Guys, a character-building and scripture memorization program for pre-K to third grade, also meets at this time.
Wednesdays: Celebrate Recovery and Refuel start at 6:30 p.m. at the church. Our prayer meeting and Bible study will meet in the fellowship hall. Celebrate Recovery will meet in the church auditorium. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-based recovery program to help provide a safe place to discover a Savior who can give freedom from hang-ups, hurts and habits. Everyone is invited to attend.

We are a country church that serves Christ and community with agape love. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Sacrament meeting (worship service) begins at 10 a.m. each Sunday. Visitors are always welcome to attend all church meetings.
Sunday school and other meetings follow at 11 a.m. for all ages. The course of study this year is "Come Follow Me – Book of Mormon." You can find the weekly reading assignments and other materials for home study as well as the Sunday school lesson on the church's website: ChurchofJesusChrist.org under the Library tab at the top of the page. A free download of the library materials is also available for cell phones.
Youth groups meet Wednesday nights.

College Hill Church of Christ
The College Hill Church of Christ, 1102 College Blvd., Alva, is just east of the NWOSU campus. Sunday morning Bible class is at 9:30 a.m. with worship services at 10:30 a.m. A potluck lunch is scheduled every second Sunday of the month after the morning service. Wednesday night Bible classes are at 7 p.m.

The eXtreme, located at 425 College Ave. in Alva, is a ministry of Hopeton Church. Faith Center Alva
Faith Center Alva is a non-denominational church that is a branch of Faith Center Fellowship in Meno. The church meets on Sunday mornings at 10:30 and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Forge College ministry meets on Mondays at 5:30. Faith Center Alva is located at 324 College Ave.
First Assembly of God

Nazarene Church
Donut and coffee fellowship is at 9:15 each Sunday morning, Bible study for ages 6 and up at 9:30, and worship begins at 10:30 a.m. Nursery is available for children under age 6 during worship. Missions lessons for ages 6 through fifth grade are held the second and fourth Sundays of the month.
