A Helena citizen called police after a man came to his door seeking use of a phone or a charger. Court records show Ryan Norton called March 11 to say the “drug runner” from the previous day had been hiding in a red Jeep four-door at the city park in the parking lot that was just east of Norton’s residence. He said the man came to his house to borrow a phone or charger. Norton said the man then ran over to the Trammel residence.
