ALVA – Northwestern Oklahoma State men's track and field team had their first outdoor meet since 1996 as the program has made its return to Northwestern this past weekend. After a successful meet Northwestern freshman Trevor Montayne earned Track and Field athlete of the week.
Montayne was part of both relay teams for the Rangers. The 4x100 relay set a school record breaking a 28 year mark with a time of 42.08 seconds. The 4x400 relay with a time of 3:22.26 also broke the record of 43 years.
