"Polock" Raymond Richard Czerniak of Amorita, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was 81 years old.
Polock was born on July 16, 1942, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Victor and Virginia Czerniak. Growing up, he was so very proud of his Polish heritage.
