Peggy Rae (Hardgrove) Hitt, 91, died Sunday, April 21, 2024, in Kansas City, Kansas, of complications of Parkinson's disease.
Peggy was born Dec. 26, 1931, in Alva, Oklahoma, to Ray and Edythe Hardgrove. She attended high school in Alva and college at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and University of Missouri, with a degree in education. She was an elementary school teacher in her early career.
