On Wednesday I attended the funeral of my wife’s maternal grandfather. He was an incredible man who devoted his life to serving the LORD and caring for his family. For the majority of his working life, he served as a Baptist pastor in a handful of different churches. Now, me being a United Methodist, I will never forget the first time I met him.
