Stan Bixler, Todd Holder and Scott Riley of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority were enough to make a quorum for their June meeting. Woods County Economic Development Executive Director Jeremy Zeller and consultant Sonja Williams joined them. (Williams formerly served as WCEDC director.)
Authority members started by reviewing the finance report. Holder said there was nothing notable in it, and after reviewing it, they approved the report that showed $589,835.44 in checking/savings.
