Two meetings in quick succession Tuesday finalized the agreement to sell Share Convalescent Home (SCH) to Beadles Operations, LLC. It has taken almost a year and a half to accomplish, including a vote June 18 that cleared the way for the sale of the real estate. In that election, Alva voters gave overwhelming approval to allow the city to transfer ownership of the real estate to the Alva Hospital Authority (AHA).
