This being the week of the 4th of July, I think it only appropriate to say something about it.
Don’t get me wrong. I am all in favor of celebrating the 4th with barbeques, a trip to the lake, fireworks, good times with friends and maybe a cold beer or two. Ultimately, however we need to take a moment and reflect on what the 4th really means and its significance.
