The First Baptist Church of Waynoka held Vacation Bible School July 7–11. The theme was Breaker Rock Beach and those attending discovered God's rock-solid truth in a world of shifting sand. In Missions class, the children learned how part of the missionaries' work is to make people feel welcome. We show Jesus to people, not just with words, but also with actions when we make them feel loved.
Our project was to make our local area firefighters feel welcome and appreciated for the services they provide when people are in great need during fires and other emergency situations.
