The Woods County Equalization Board met for about two and one-half hours Friday morning, July 19. They had four formal appeals on the agenda. The Targa Pipeline Midcon West OK appeal consumed most of the meeting. The appeal by Troy Brooks is covered in a separate story. Meridian Aggregates Co. LP hearing had to be put off because an affidavit was not signed. An appeal by Redline Energy LLC was heard but took very little time.
