Alfalfa County commissioners Garret Johnson, Mike Roach and Nate Ross had an agenda full of items to be declared surplus at their meeting this week, along with paperwork for the beginning of the month. They approved last week's meeting minutes, maintenance and operation warrants for payment, and blanket purchase orders.
Since it was the month's first meeting, the three men signed appropriations, allocations for the motor vehicle and alcoholic beverage taxes, and monthly reports from officers and Court Clerk Records Management and Preservation.
