Timothy Ralph Russell was born on September 16, 1954, in Waynoka, Oklahoma, and passed away peacefully at his home in Waynoka, on July 25, 2024, at the age of 69.
He excelled academically in high school and at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. He later became a certified respiratory therapist and spent most of his career working as a care provider in hospitals and nursing homes. He took great pride in his work and was beloved by both his patients and his coworkers.
