Stan Bixler, Todd Holder, Allan Poe and Scott Riley of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority were present for their monthly meeting Tuesday. Woods County Clerk Shelley Reed, Woods County Economic Development Committee Executive Director Jeremy Zeller, and consultant Sonja Williams (via Zoom) joined them. Williams formerly served as WCEDC director.
