“If it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all, gloom despair, and agony on me,” are the words to a popular little song on the show Hee Haw back when I was a child. We would all sing along and laugh together as we watched that show.
We also watched a movie titled “Polyanna” in which the famous line, “... there is something about everything that you can be glad about, if you keep hunting long enough to find it,” was made famous, as Pollyanna set out on a mission to change the attitudes of an entire town to view everything in life to be good.
