Woods County Oklahoma Home and Community Education (OHCE) met Oct. 7 for its annual fall council meeting at the women's building at the fairgrounds. Twenty-four members enjoyed an enchilada dinner before the business meeting. Household executives served up at the registration table. Lone Star members decorated, provided paper goods and cleaned up after the event.
