Dirt work begins on Alva Arena and Expo Center

Heavy equipment moves dirt Thursday morning at the site of the long-awaited Alva Arena and Expo Center. The location is the corner of Flynn Street and County Road 460 just south of Bill Johnson Correctional Center.
