ALVA – Northwestern Oklahoma State Director of Athletics Brad Franz announced the hiring of Nathan Weatherly as the new assistant director of athletics for internal operations.
Weatherly is set to take the position starting in November for Tim Lauderdale. Lauderdale spent 12 years at Northwestern and is moving to Oklahoma City to enter private business. Weatherly brings in over six years of experience in managing and optimizing athletic programs, while overseeing all aspects of operations including game day logistics, event coordination, and program development and fundraising.
