Hinton man charged with attempting to deliver contraband to JCCC

A Hinton man has been jailed on multiple charges in Alfalfa County following an incident at James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) in Helena.

Mark Donivon Pemberton, alias Mark Donivon Pemerton, 52, of Hinton, has been charged with (1) conspiracy, (2) possession of cell phones in penal institution and (3) bringing contraband (drugs) into penal institution (marijuana), all felonies related to JCCC.
