Goldbugs defeat Luther, rank 6th in AP poll

In a Thursday night Fall Break game, the Alva Goldbugs beat Luther 33-18. With the win, Alva is 5-2 for the season and 3-1 in district play.

The Associated Press' Oklahoma high school football poll that came out Tuesday lists Alva in sixth place in Class 2A-II in the state, up two from the previous week.
