The definition of hope is the desire with an expectation of obtainment or fulfillment. All of us have hoped for one thing or another with an expectation of obtaining that one thing or another. We have hoped for a better job, a better life, to make a best friend, to make more money, to have better neighbors, and to win the lottery (I’m still hoping!). Hope gives us energy and motivation to keep moving forward in this life to obtain those things we cherish.
