Last week, the Woods County Commissioners delayed opening bids for the courthouse camera system because one potential bidder couldn’t make the deadline. Their receipt of bid specs didn’t arrive until just before the bid opening time. The opening was on the agenda again Monday, but Commissioner Randy McMurphy said due to unforeseen circumstances, he recommended no action. He said the one bid received will remain unopened.
