A public hearing will be held Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 6 p.m. on an application for a variance at 116 Flynn St. in Alva. The regular Alva Board of Adjustments meeting will be held in the city council chambers at City Hall.
Currently, the property is zoned residential general 8 (RG8) and does not have the allotted amount of space for the requested coverage. The owner is requesting a variance in the property lot coverage.
