Piedmont man charged after damage to Schuessler Insurance building

A Piedmont man is charged with four felony counts in the aftermath of a verbal disagreement with his Alva girlfriend that left her house trashed, her vehicle damaged and her workplace damaged.

Justin Brent Jordan, 39, has been charged with protective order violation, stalking and two counts of malicious injury to property – over $1,000. Stalking carries a penalty of up to three years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
