I had an appointment a week ago Tuesday for a heart procedure at Oklahoma City. Jeff drove me down, and we got there a little early, so I went on in. No one was at the desk, and there was an Alva couple waiting on his procedure. We visited right along; noon came and went, and nobody was at the desk. In a little while somebody showed up, but never asked me what I needed.
