Todd Holder, Allan Poe and Scott Riley of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority met for their Nov. meeting earlier this week. Chairman Stan Bixler was absent, but Woods County Clerk Shelley Reed and Woods County Economic Development Committee Executive Director Jeremy Zeller were there.
After board members approved the minutes from their last meeting on Aug. 20, they reviewed the finance report. Holder said there wasn't anything to report. The balance sheet reflected $589,194.88 in checking/savings.
