So many questions, so many calls

The Alva city office has been overwhelmed with calls asking the same questions over and over and over about the new Waste Connections trash collection service that begins Dec. 2. Office Manager Heather Bonham, who took most of those calls, compiled this list to answer the frequently asked questions:

• If you only need one poly cart instead of two, please call City Hall (580-327-1340) to get that taken care of.

• The poly carts that were left on the square Wednesday (for businesses) will be picked up in the alley. They will not be picked up on the square.
