On the agenda for the Monday, Nov. 18, Alva City Council meeting was a listing to discuss privatizing EMS services. The next agenda item was a vote to authorize the city business manager to arrange for EMS privatization presentations from select companies. The agenda was posted Nov. 15 for public viewing at City Hall. As is routine, the agenda was also posted at https://towncloud.io/go/alva-ok/ where it was accompanied by the proposals from MEMS (aka Miller EMS) and Survival Flight.
