Caucus priorities

The House Republican Caucus met over the weekend to discuss priorities for the coming legislative session that starts Feb. 3.

As the majority caucus, we'll set much of the policy that will be advanced next year. Some early discussions involved ways to best address inflation, whether that be to further reduce taxes or to adopt other reforms; ways to solve the workforce skills gap in our state so we can attract and expand employment opportunities; and investment in public infrastructure, including transportation, deferred maintenance needs on public properties; water, wastewater and broadband co...
