Burlington's National Honor Society (NHS) initiated a game of Kindness Tag during World Kindness Week held in November. NHS members started the game of tag by choosing two people to tag with kindness. When a person did something kind for someone else, the person was to add a link to the kindness chain at the school circle. The person tagged with kindness received a "tag" explaining that they were to continue to chain and "tag" someone else with an act of kindness. One student said that he was tagged seven times.
