Alva Arena Authority plans for Extension Office

Alva Arena Authority trustees held a special meeting Tuesday to address several items. Chairman Gregg Glass opened the meeting with trustees Mike Hood, Daren Slater, Dr. Janet Cunningham, Darrel Kline and Todd Holder present. Melinda Barton was absent.

Following an executive session, the trustees approved a motion by Holder to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for Raymond James, the firm handling the sale of arena bonds.

For the first time, the trustees approved an operating budget for the current fiscal year.
