Ladybugs win consolation game of Alva Shootout

With only six teams in the Alva Shootout Tournament last week, the third place and consolation games became something of a wild card. Having won their first game and lost the second, the Alva Ladybugs would be expected to play for third place. However, that would have pitted Bethany against Clinton in the consolation round, and they met in the first round. To allow both teams to take on other opponents, Alva dropped to the consolation game in the last round on Saturday against Clinton.
