Sox was born December 24, 1954, in Woodward, Oklahoma, to Bob and Veta ( Fuqua ) Stocking and passed away comfortably on December 28, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Sox grew up in Alva, Oklahoma, and graduated with the class of 1973. He spent the majority of his life in Fairview, Oklahoma, and worked in the oilfield until his retirement. He enjoyed being outdoors, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, burgers, beer and spending time on his little lotto land. He especially enjoyed being with friends and family, particularly his granddaughters, Jencie and Jorlee.
