Two Alva residents and a man from Cherokee are facing drug charges in Alfalfa County following an investigation by the Cherokee Police Department.
According to court records, the investigation began when Alva Police Officer James Jones contacted the Cherokee Police Department about his investigation into Michael Baldwin. Cherokee Police Chief Ryan McNeil knew Baldwin from previous interactions. He knew Baldwin frequented an address in the 700 block of South Oklahoma Ave. in Cherokee.
