Alva man charged in alleged fentanyl sale

An Alva man is facing felony charges for allegedly selling a fentanyl patch to a confidential informant.

Colby Christopher Bouziden, 24, of Alva was charged Jan. 5 with distribution of controlled dangerous substance (fentanyl) while within 2,000 ft. of a school and with violation of Oklahoma statute via computer. Court information states the sale took place within 2,000 ft. of Northwest Technology Center and the Alva Recreation Complex. Fentanyl is an opioid medication, listed as Schedule II in the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act of Oklahoma.

Count one is punishable by imprisonment...
