Following the seventh week of the regular season, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association released its weekly Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll and a subtle change took place for Great American Conference-leading Southern Arkansas.

The Lady Muleriders (25-3, 14-2 GAC) reclaimed the top ranking in the Central Region and gained a spot in the poll as it moved back to No. 7 nationally. Winona State (25-3) switched with SAU to take the No. 8 ranking after placing in the No. 7 slot last week.

Minnesota State (19-5) dropped four spots from No. 10 to No. 14 in the country.
