The Alva Garden Council, consisting of the Tulip Garden Club and the Petunia Garden Club, is excited to announce that Bryce and Sherri Benson's yard has been selected as the Yard of the Month. Their home is located at 518 2nd St. in Alva.
The Bensons said they were honored by the selection and that their yard is a 30-year process that has been evolving into a relaxing retreat where they enjoy breakfast, coffee, evening meals and many gatherings with the family as they grill and enjoy the atmosphere of their backyard.
