Linda Now Harpole O’Bryon, 59, Jefferson, Iowa: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to obtaining cash and merchandise by bogus check in case CF-1999-106. Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year imprisonment under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by court. The defendant shall pay cost of $570.32 restitution and conditions of probation.

Jose Adrian Rodriqguez, 32, Woodward: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to unlawful possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school in case CF-2007-96. Defendant was sentence to a term of one year suspended under the direction and control of Woods County Sheriff Department. The defendant shall pay cost of $480 supervision fees and total fees $1,370.27.


Shane Matthew Beeler, 24, Cordell: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to burglary first degree in case CF-2010-77. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years, seven years for Count 1 and three years for Count 2, under the direction and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections with a time suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $3,828.76.

Chourse Deantra Young, 34, Stillwater: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to unlawful possession of marijuana in case CF-2010-98. Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year under the direction and control of the Woods County Sheriff Department; with the balance of time only suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $2,563.65.


Guillemo Rivera Nunez, 31, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 11, 2016, to aggravated DUI – subsequent offense in case CF-2011-77. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $3,768.16.

Guillemo Rivera Nunez, 31, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 11, 2016, to assault and battery on a peace officer in case CF-2012-6. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment with all except the first four months suspended under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County Jail since April 17, 2016. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $9,778.38.


Mark Andrew Raymond, 49, Woodward: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 24, 2016, to possession of controlled dangerous substances in case CF-2013-68. Defendant sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment with all except the first one year suspended under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department Corrections. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County Jail since April 26, 2016. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $11,219.55.

Linda Ann Holcom, 59, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to knowing concealing stolen property in case CF-2015-4. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections; all of said terms of imprisonment suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,942.


Linda Ann Holcom, 59, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to distribution of controlled substance in case CF-2015-150. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections; all said term of imprisonment suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,147.12.

Richelle Deanne Murry, 31, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 16, 2016, to possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute in the presence of a minor and within 1,000 feet of school in case CF-2015-173. Defendant was sentenced to a term of six years imprisonment under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,348.40.


Ezra Robert Asbury, 24, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 2, 2016, to possession of controlled dangerous substances in presence of a minor within 1,000 feet of a school in cause CF-2016-1. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of corrections, all of said terms suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $460.50.

Ezra Robert Asbury, 24, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 2, 2016, to child abuse by injury in cause CF-2016-2. Defendant was sentence to a term of 15 years imprisonment will all except the first seven months suspended. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County jail since Jan. 3, 2016. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $12,975.41.


Todd James Talley, 26, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 12, 2016, to failure to register as a sex offender in case CF-2016-41. Defendant was sentenced to a term of four years imprisonment all under custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Correction. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County jail since April 9, 2016. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $8,562.46.

Pete Mario Ortiz, 44, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 24, 2016, to sex offender living with 2,000 feet of a school in case CF-2016-52. Defendant was sentence to a term of 13 years imprisonment with all except the first five years suspended under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County Jail since May 5, 2016. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $7,246.96.


Jonathan David Brakebill, 26, Geuda Springs, Kansas: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 22, 2016, to possession of controlled dangerous substances (meth) after former conviction of a felony in case CF-2016-56. Defendant was sentence to a term of 10 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of Oklahoma Department of Corrections with all except as to the first one year suspended. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County Jail since May 11, 2016. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $7,241.96.

Nathan Tyler Ross, 27, Sherman, Texas: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 29, 2016, to possession of controlled dangerous substances (meth) in case CF-2016-65. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $5,783.

Michael James Morton, 38, Oklahoma City: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 29, 2016, to unlawful possession of paraphernalia in case CM-2010-235. Defendant was sentence to a term of one year under the direction and control of the Department of Corrections, the said defendant will serve three days in custody of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $2,493.68.

Guillemo Rivera Nunez, 31, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 11, 2016, to obtaining cash and merchandise by bogus check in case CM-2012-283. Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year imprisonment under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $444.

Angel Medrano, 29, Waynoka: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 19, 2016, to DUI in case CM-2013-110. Defendant was sentenced to a term of one year under the direction and control of the Woods County Sheriff Department with the balance of time only suspended. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,413.36.

Steven Leon Seiger, 49, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 25, 2016, to public intoxication in case of CM-2016-21. Defendant sentence was suspended and to pay all fines and total cost of $ 692.30.

Ashly Dawn Smith, 27, Cherokee: Defendant pleaded guilty on Aug. 31, 2016, to petit larceny in case CM-2016-29. Sentence herein be deferred for nine months. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $412.40.

Shameron D. Doak, 42, Fairbanks, Arkansas: Defendant had been charged with obtaining cash and merchandise by bogus check in case CF-1997-18. Case has been dismissed upon payment of cost and assessments. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $290.

Fredrick Larue Lawrence, 45, Helena: Defendant had been charged with bail jumping in case CF-1999-52. Case has been dismissed due to the age of case and availability of witnesses; it is in the best interest of justice this case be dismissed without cost or assessments.

Michael John Kutz, 33, Alva: Defendant had been charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle CF-2014-82. The defendant has stipulated to application in CF-2008-129 and been sentenced to a three-year incarceration, in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, upon payment of cost and assessments. Farrah Marie Rutherford, 20, Perry: Defendant had been charged with uttering a forged instrument in case CF-2015-89.
